my sales are down about 25 percent, but I had to adjust my prices to be more profitable taking the less is more approach and increase my portion of flipping plants (plants are pre ordered and orders are shipped same day plants arrive)

by doubling up my plant orders each month, my guess is total profit is only down about 10 percent

Lean manufacturing and shipping. A lot of Companies have gone to it. Saves money on inventory costs and receiving costs. Only thing bad is if you get a big order you probably don't have the inventory to make or ship it. And that's were you loose money.

I moved 5 hours away 2 years ago and I've honestly never had more stuff, been in less debt and been able to not worry about money as much as I do now.
