apartments go up 250 a year when they sign the new lease, so a 2 bedroom that went for a grand in 2020 is now 1500

house rentals going up the same rate

i have had subcontractors that i use jack up prices by as much as 50% in the last 6 months.. all without telling me, they just send me the jacked up invoice.

I will never understand this. Sure, he flubs a name every now and then. So freaking what? The guy was good right up until the end. It sucks that he is done.

Ive been perusing draft rankings and most of the ones I've been looking at don't have a goalie in the first two rounds. Tyler Brennan is the highest rated goalie and i see him going in the third round in most mocks. That seems odd

Meh, he hasn't been the same for years now....and makes more that an occasional blunder.
Reality is that he isn't the old RJ.
Sad he isn't his old self, absolutely.
Dunlevy is just ok in my book, a bit boring for my liking, but not alot of people can fill RJ's shoes...especially in his prime.

What would you give up for Driedger? Horrible season, but improved his game since Jan onwards.

Grubauer had 9 years with a SV% of .915 and better...then suffered through a .899 this past season, proving the team in front of him was the primary reason....by extension, that should also speak to Driedger's bust of a season as well.

I've liked the idea of trading for Chris Dreidger for a while now. Wouldn't be my first choice, though, as far as veteran trade options. I'm most interested in Quick. Makes too much sense.

What would you give up for Driedger? Horrible season, but improved his game since Jan onwards.

Grubauer had 9 years with a SV% of .915 and better...then suffered through a .899 this past season, proving the team in front of him was the primary reason....by extension, that should also speak to Driedger's bust of a season as well.

Grubs just had a bad season plain and simple. His GSAx was the worst in the league, by a lot.

Quick's family is in the northeast. Sabres are (actually) up and coming. If the Kings don't want him, I think it's reasonable to think he'd consider waiving for Buffalo.

He provides celery for the floor and a veteran, Cup presence for UPL. We don't have any goalie prospects for next year that he'd be getting in the way of. Levi and Portillo will be playing in school.

My famn damily took up my entire weekend - I didn't watch any of the draft, and haven't really read the evaluations yet (other than the general summaries of the NHL draft as a whole).
