So it's are generation's fault the world has evolved and grown. That there's Cell phones no bigger than a gram cracker, a watch that you can talk to, fridges with computers and that play music. Every generation has there challenges.

Should be up to states and people who are elected by their constituents . Not lifetime appointed positions.

So instead of federal funds being given to politicians by PP as campaign donations it will just be state funds. Really no big change.

Point taken, but you won't find a seller anywhere (or a bank to lend you the money) with $11,500.00 down. You need 4-5x that to get in the ballpark of a winning offer.
- Hank Balling

Granted I live in Nebraska... but I got in right before the big boom in the summer of 2020. Bought mine for 170 could list it for 225 and get 275 with bids cause of the market. Hasn't even been two years. I got in with 3.5% down on an FHA at 25 years old. I feel lucky as hell.

Fair enough but how much did you have to put down?

20% on a modest $200k house is $40k. Tough to save up that much money when you're paying off student debt, paying rent and just living.

- Hank Balling

As a first time home buyer, the down payment is much less than 20%. Way, way less.

It was 3.5% when my wife and I purchased as first time home buyers.

Be a solid move
Also like Andre Lee
Big winger
Good year last year

- Anderdog

Why are you interested in trading for a soon to be 32 year old Anders Lee?

Check his age, contract length, actual money owed, and his production again.

The Islanders would have to pay me something very nice in order to take on that deal.

I don't get where the 20% down is coming from either for an FHA loan.

I'm checking with my brother who is in the mortgage industry to see if the rules changed, as it has been 3.5% down for some time.

Now, if he wants to put 20% down to reduce his monthly payment, that's his personal decision.

The point was, and remains...things are relative.
Yes, prices are crazy high, absolutely no denying it.
Interest rates were out of sight when I first bought.
Student debt is high, I had high student debt too.

Are somethings more out of wack now, absolutely...
and there were other things out of wack back then.

But I sound like the man yelling at the clouds...through the roar of crybabies blaming everyone else.
Good times

What would be the contract projections for a RFA 23 yo, power LW who just potted 60 pts in 82 games? ... and would you be on board pursuing him for next season?

to avoid paying PMI, which is paid each month until you reach 20 percent equity

on a 300 k house putting down 10 percent, little over 100 a month and roughly 8 grand total would be paid into PMI

for Dubois it would probably be in that 6.166 to 8.2 which costs us a first, second and third

has to be our first for 2023 draft

I like Bratt more but I would be on board for either

IM just gona let you think its all relative.

Cost vs wage has absolutely stayed the same.

There hasn't been a larger wage gap in the history of this country.
