Yeah, 20% just gets you out of having to pay mortgage insurance. 30% will get you the best rate nowadays. Housing is crazy even out here where we have a ton of space. Houses selling for over asking 1/2 days after posting.

The dissenting opinion was on the position, not whether or not he was worthy of being picked about where he got picked. He has played well everywhere he's been, and looks the part of a promising middle pairing defenseman. Losing that for nothing sucks.

30% for an investment property, not one you're going to reside in, right?

If you're residing there, then you're talking about people with very bad credit that a percent like 30 would be needed to get the loan.
