In a sense they are not unlike the Bills. It took them a long time to crawl out of the hole they are in. They've managed to stack themselves this year in a way that isn't sustainable but that's ok. They are all-in now.

You're comparing apples and oranges. The Bills would not have blown up their cap 3 years ago to add Von Miller. They did this year because they are going for it. The Panthers are in the same situation.

Also, Reinhart is still a young-ish player and thus part of the core going forward. Giroux would be the better comparison.

We traded him for a 60 point package and now he’s top 30 in scoring.

It’s our turn to be on the receiving end of a player who’s been undervalued or misused.

It’s absolutely insane to not agree with a simple point like that

I think Adams has done well so far.

If he doesn’t try and make significant improvements after having a team play at a 90-95 point pace for 30+ games to end the year, it’s because he isn’t that good at this, or the Pegula’s care more about the bottom line, either which way isn’t a good thing
