This series loss hurts.

Most of the best teams have about 5 players that are better at it then even Van's best player at it (Hughes)

Myers and OEL are half as good as exit's though as Hughes.

Just going through other teams right now. Nicolas Roy would be a very good addition, same with Trocheck. They aren't defence but they are right handed centers.

Carolina's 3rd pairing defenders are better than Myers and OEL

Unfortunately we're stuck with OEL for a looong time, the good news is he's better than Myers... the bad news is they're both overpaid. I think OEL will be better next year when he's settled even more.

When you add up the regular season attendance between Florida, Carolina and Coyotes, they might be able to fill the new arena the Coyotes will be playing in.
