I don't think Shesterkin had time to be able to stick his leg out. He may have embellished the hit (every goalie does that). Carter probably didn't mean to hit him but he didn't do enough to avoid hi so a 2:00 penalty was deserved.

Yeah, I can honestly see it both ways. It looks like he's swinging into his crease and notices Carter then keeps his leg there almost as a reinforced pick. Both could have avoided it better but hey, it's the playoffs. The TNT analysts that said he kicked his leg out or w/e are just wrong.

BOS fans banging on the glass, knocked it off and onto the guy that works in the penalty box.

Earlier during an ice cleaning, the guy with the bucket full of ice shavings took out one of the linesmen who wasn't paying attention where he was skating. He was ok and stayed in the game though

End of the day no one came out of the play with an injury it seems so I can move on. Don't think the Rangers need to go after Carter or anything for payback

Hey everyone. I haven’t been on the site since I retired two years ago. But watching the game last night I thought of you. The Rangers are the better team. They’re winning this series. Hoping in 5 so my friend Ed will be there.

Not sure how I see the rest of the playoffs. But you’ve got this round.

How’ve you been? I’ve missed you smacking me around 🤷🏻‍♂️

Watching the Oilers/Kings game. Brendon Lemieux is a real poop disturber, reminds me of Sean Avery. He is actually playing really well.

Brennan Othmann had 1 goal and 3 assists in Flint's 5-3 win last night, they are up 1-0 in 2nd round of playoffs

I recall him thinking he deserved to be more than a 4th liner here. If he just embraced that role I think he could have been decent but definitely haven’t thought twice about letting him go.

I like motte but I don’t think a single player, let alone a 5’9 forward is going to stop Crosby. Gonna take a team effort
