Just an aside, I got a call from the amerks box office following up on my ticket purchase/experience vs. Belleville last week. Not pushy trying to sell tickets but just a nice call.

Also told me that you can order tickets direct through the box office to save fees. Maybe management/ownership is turning a page on fan engagement

I wouldn't use that word when he was demoted. They wanted him to work on his game. If the Sabres aren't guaranteeing him a spot out of camp, he gone.
