Nice final bit by the pens after that horrible second. Kept the rags on their heels.

Lol at you guys saying you're too old...probably got you beat here.

Man feels good to win that game. Team may be old, but they sure still have heart.

So I do believe the 2nd period was my fault, as well as our third period... I started following the score and checking updates a lot after it was 4-1... then my battery got low on my phone after it was 4-4. Once I got home, no more updates, just turned on the game normally and we scored three goals.

Obviously, you are all welcome.

Three reasons pens are winning right now, Crosby, forecheck and their experience. Third one is the key. Rangers making a lot of first mistakes

I've really liked Kaps battle level and overall game tonight.

Was that the sweetest pass to an empty net scorer of all time? Hahaha

- MattStrat

Agreed and agreed.

I thought Kap and Heinen really hustled and looked good. Zucker for missing some time was also really aggressive on the forecheck. I haven't been a big fan of Pettersson in the past but he is looking pretty solid in an understated way.

And of course Domingue is hanging in there! He doesn't make anything look easy but still giving them a chance to win.

At the restaurant it’s 4-1. Come home watch for 10 mins and it’s 4-4.

I (frank)ed off after that poop.

Agreed on Kap. Has he done the lame pull up a single time this series?

Oh yeah, I agree on Kap... Just sayin is all hahah
- MattStrat

I agree though he really seems be flying out there and shooting the puck. Now he needs to work on hitting the net.

Keep them on their heals by not letting them know which pens team is going to show up each period?

Carter was ass bro lol
Dunno how anyone could have watched Carter get caved and thought he had a good game haha at least he scored a few goals but his defensive play is awful.

The biggest thing for the Rangers is their turnovers. They turn the puck over either in the neutral zone or high in the Pens zone A LOT.

They have a lot of unforced turnovers. Specially nemeth and trouba. Been a problem all year

I’ve noticed them getting their pockets picked a lot from behind too. Like as soon as they enter the Pens zone, the Pens will lift a stick from behind and the plays going the other way

Can we get grinders take on the Geno forecheck creating the turnover there?

I would say the 3rd period was his best period of play by far but still not superstarish. Watching him closely just so I have ammunition to talk poop to you guys I’m actually starting to think he’s hurt.

Motte Rooney Goodrow was a perfect 4th line.
