Neither Wendel or Gilmour are anywhere close to NHL calibre coaching possibilities, nor is either remotely interested in a job of that profile imo. Not sure you fully understand the Toronto market...

The way this series has been going, I fully expect the Bolts to lose tonight. If they win, it will be shocking and a pleasant bonus. I just hope it's not a blowout. I don't understand NHL markets in general. I just saw a guy like MSL come into Montreal and shake things up. Nobody thought he was NHL coach material either and it's working out so far. Sheldon Keefe? I know he was brought up in the system, but he was an off-the-board pick compared to somebody like Babcock.

Gilmour has *some* coaching experience and is highly respected. Just throwing poop out there. If Keefe doesn't take the Leafs deep this year, I gotta think he's on the hot seat.

He dekes multiple times and puts home a 5-hole goal and the arena erupts.
