So if we aren’t gonna keep Singletary next year,
then we’re gonna need to sign/draft another RB for the early down & short yardage work

I agree, and it's kinda hard to put a finger on Singletary.

I'm assuming the Bill's like the thunder and lightning approach. 1 guys brings break away speed, the other power for short yardage.

The fact that Singletary isnt a speed guy, makes me feel like cook will be that guy.
