Instead of going in the Leafs blog and getting banned, I am just sending emails to Eklund and the hockey buzz email addy. The Law should be banned permanently and Cush29 should no longer be a ref on this site. I encourage the rest of you to do the same. Have a good Monday.

With R2's playoff performance, Adams has something to think about. If the rumor is true that he wants to return to Europe, it would seem that anything other than a one way deal with a guarantee that he won't be demoted/benched is the only way to keep him. His staff has to take a very close look at his development and if his game can translate.

I'm currently in a city that has absolutely no culture, so I'm not trying to say it's better anywhere else. Just different.

Columbus is a city so devoid of culture that it actually revels in it. They literally write articles in their local papers about how Columbus's culture is not having a culture and that's what makes it so great. It's beyond ridiculous how proud they are of being one of the fattest, most generic places in the country.

Everyone in this town who is from this town is a rude brute, everyone. They aren't happy, they don't appreciate the strong economy and job market, they don't deserve their disposable income and they don't try to be better. It's so unabashedly vanilla that it's an insult to vanilla. And it's too white.

It's a really green city, though. A lot of trees, a lot of parks and it's centrally located so you can go anywhere - Up to Chicago, Ann Arbor, over to Pittsburgh, a 4 and a half hour drive back to Buffalo... But it's such a square, jaded, boring and yuppie city. And it's grown so fast that the infrastructure surrounding it is terrible. It's either highway on top of highway and 90 mph straight line NASCAR racing or one alternative road to wherever you're going because it's all surrounded by farm land.

Actually, I remember a buddy of mine and I talking about how the North Towns of Buffalo are so weird and unlike the rest of Western New York and after living in Ohio, I finally understand why. They're all flat, rural poop-hole towns just like Ohio.

Ever think about moving to another place?

I mean probably. I don't think that's the question here, though.

I want to see him again in training camp. I definitely had more confidence in him last offseason. But I'm going into it with an open mind. He needs to show something.
- TheSabresTaco

All the confidence in the world doesnt solve the "upl can't stay healthy" problem.

KA has him written in for one of the starting positions, but he needs to sign a veteran goalie plus an ahl goalie with nhl experience.

Wonder if Suban takes the Rochester gig. He was there for the game and probably isnt going to get an nhl gig in 2023?

I posted article twice
He said I've signed nothing
And I believe in what the sabres are doing
Offer him a contract and I believe he stays

If Quinn's sample size is to small
Then upl in the NHL is to
13 gp
It's the way Quinn is being taken out of the play that's worrisome.playing big boy hockey against him
And so far he's not responding.
Needs to add alot of muscle and more experience
Nothing wrong if all 3 spends more time in Rochester

- Anderdog

Holy S, the kid completely tore it up this year and had a better year than anyone could have hoped for. The last thing anyone should be doing is throwing that all out the window because he hasn't yet (YET!) produced in 6 (freaking 6!) playoff games.
He will be here next year. He has nothing more to prove down there.

I don't see why he wouldn't. He isn't getting an NHL job anywhere as he isn't very good. I think he showed a lot by staying with the team the whole year.

How about we pencil him in
Not just give him a spot

He's got all offseason to get bigger. Why you so worried. He'll be 21 come training camp. Lotta growing still.

all im saying is that reading the tea leaves, at least when he was sent to rochester, that he wasn't perceived to be a useful player for the sabres this past season and he'd rather play in europe than rochester. So it appears to me that he'd be making some contract demands in his negotiations. if he signs, i'd be willing to bet he's a full time player next season. so, kevo needs to decide if he'd rather let him be here based on ability or to find someone more useful. bjork should be the 2nd backup F, if anything. he hoards a roster spot, it shouldnt be hard to get him out of here.

No, you give him the spot. You let him work through any struggles he has up here. I don't need to see Anders Bjork in that spot because the kid didn't score for 6 games. Neither he nor Paterka should ever step foot in Roch again.

If upl is the starter, subans agent will push the Rochester/ buffalo gig.

Unless another goalie is more fragile?

Ben bishop still play for Dallas? Has he crossed paths with donnie? Maybe develop program ?
