I know you’re just being cheeky, at least I think you are, however, for an franchise to be in a particular league for 52 years and never won a championship there are obviously systemic issues within the organization. Primarily poopty ownership.
That being said, it’s not the fault of the current training staff, or the medical staff/doctors, or the scouting stuff etc. etc. it’s a product of many years of failure. Just my personal opinion, but, wiping the slate clean and trying to do things differently should not be construed as a negative thing!

I agree with change, they are being thorough and transparent, assessing each component individually.
But if this is going to be Pittsburgh Northwest I won’t be impressed.
