Problem is that the Rangers are painfully thin at center. If not Strome, who the hell is going to play center? Having Chytil as a 2C seems extremely less-than-ideal

if they buyout Nemeth, its 1 million cap hit next year
and actually a $0 cap hit in 2023-24, they'd be better off buying him out then trading him and keeping some of the money
