It is, but why do refs call retaliations and not the initial boarding/cross check? If refs did their jobs there wouldnt be a need to retaliate. That or they both go to the box. Sending Erod only was complete BS. Half the problem with officiating is they dont call things theyre supposed to because they dont want to effect the game, but its literally their job.
