I get what you're saying, but I don't think the team's success completely depends on this, they can get a top 5 or even top 10 and still end up having a pretty decent roster.

Year after year, we see players drafted later on doing better than earlier picks. Timmins is gone. They don't have that excuse anymore. Anything inside the top 10 should be enough to get a good player.
