Thanks for the updates Karine.
I don't think there's any doubt about the use and need for analytics in the game. Where it gets tricky within organizations is how much emphasis do you place on it or better question yet, how do you roll that into other factors like salary, drafting etc.
End of the day, if your going to have it, you need to rely on it across the board, yet only allow it to help with decision making.... if that makes since? |
