Let’s hope the boys make the fan base proud

I suspected on Friday afternoon that Crosby wasn't concussed in Game 5 on Wed. night, and posted on the prior blog, (pg. 7 just prior to Game 6's start), that "Sportsnet" in Canada mentioned just after noontime Friday, "Sidney Crosby skated this morning with Ty Hennes. He will not play tonight." Ty Hennes is the Penguins "TEAM'S SKILLS COACH." That word was obtained through a tweet by a Mike DeFabo at 11:28 AM, of head coach Mike Sullivan's exact words in quotes here, but without any mention of what type of "UBI" injury he suffered, as he told reporters that night after the game. The tweet also revealed Sully's words on Rakell being a game-time decision, & Jarry being out for Friday night.

Only ESPN's Emily Kaplan reported Crosby suffering a concussion as late as Friday morning.

What pro sports team's hierarchy, yet its team doctor, or greater so in this case, Crosby's own treating neurologist given his past serious concussion history if that were indeed the case again; would allow Crosby (or any other player) to skate in just under 40 hours after sustaining a concussion?

Complete rest for at least a few days minimum to an extended period depending on the severity is the first in part treatment to make a full recovery from a concussion. In addition, why was Crosby on the ice with the Pens' "SKILLS" coach? What skill was he in need of benefit to work on that day he instead should have been completely resting if concussed?

Maybe someone of significance in the Pens organization pulled a fake Crosby act in attempt to help insure the NHL would possibly suspend Trouba, per Emily Kaplan possibly being misled by someone there. However, Sully as early as the Game 5 postgame conference replied to a reporter on Crosby's status:
"DID YOU SEE THE HIT? YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE SAME OPINION I DO."

Maybe Crosby aggravated some "UBI" injury he initially caused himself with +/- 7:00 left in Game 5's 1st Period. That's when he hit Fox hard up high with his upper left arm, with possibly his shoulder or elbow making contact, due to Fox seen speaking seconds after to the ref standing close by. The hit's force knocked Fox slightly upward, jolting his head, before landing hard on the ice. Fox on the bench after the next play stoppage appeared somewhat visibly shaken originally, but showed no affects thereafter.
