Oettinger has been stupid crazy good this series. IF the Stars win, it is because of him.
Hot goalies on the underdogs... how many times have we seen that in the playoffs? - Mashadar
and Oettinger is only 23, pretty impressive.

I am glad to say I had 100% predictions right in the first round.
Except for the number of games of course but still. |

I don't know, I think the perspective of a battle of Alberta sounded way more fun than "Edmonton vs Dallas"

I only cared about the Habs grabbing the 25th overall pick |

since they won their division, the best case scenario was 25th overall if they got out in the 1st round |

My focus was on the battle of Alberta. Then again, I don't think tehere's a huge gap between 25 or 29th (or 32) |

Well there's always the chance you do miss out on a very good player.
Just like when Pastrnak was drafted right before Scherbak... I mean I have no faith Timmins would have made the right pick but still...
And I actually believe we might move up in the draft anyway because of the gazillion picks we have. |

Part 1 was amazing last year.
I think the cats come out on top this year. Tampa looked tired against Toronto and lost Brayden Point.

Kitties are a mess though, top guys not producing, netminder not very reliable. |
