He’s also had 2 surgeries for herniated discs and another for a groin. Rumor is CGY may buy him out.

Yup. I stand corrected.

5 now. Like I said. Teams arent options from Trotz until they fire their coach. Vegas is now an option - xShoot4WarAmpsx
keep believing that

I remember that '85 game like it was yesterday.
My dad got us 2 tickets for $50 each (which at the time was probably 1/2 his weekly salary).
We sat on the 5th row of the 3rd level (couldn't go any higher).
When Poulin scored that shorthanded goal, it was the loudest I ever heard in the Spectrum (I was 3 for Stanley Cup I). I still get goosebumps just thinking about it. Good times.
To a 14 year old, it seemed like a Cup was inevitable. Who knew here I'd be at 51 still waiting? |

Because at the time there werent 5. Vegas is not an option until DeBoer is fired. Today he he was fired. So NOW Vegas is an option. Any team firing a coach isnt a guarantee.
Isles named a coach so now there are actually 4 vacancies. DET, PHI, WPG, VGK. MTL has St.Louis an Interim HC but I expect him to be made HC |

They added Sami a few days before the lottery. Is it possible that Kemell might be their target all along? Or is it just a coincidence that both are Fins? Something to ponder. |

You are the one spewing nonsense. No team is guaranteed to fire their coach. You cant assume a team is an option for Trotz until their is a vacancy to fill. Vegas was not guaranteed to fire DeBoer.
Its common sense.... You might as well say Trotz coiuld sign with any of 31 teams even though we know 31 teams arent looking for head coaches.

IMO Carolina is a team that is built to getting a lead and then shutting down the other team. Boston's biggest problem with Carolina is they got outscored bigtime in the first 40 minutes of each loss in the series. However, when the Bruins were tied or ahead after 40 minutes, they won each game. I think the Rangers are a better offensive team than Boston is and will do better in the first 40 minutes of games, and thus I think they will beat Carolina. - jd250
You were provided with the info that showed this belief that you have about Carolina to be nonsense. The Rangers were heavily out chanced and out played by Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh's inability on the PP and to hold leads is why they lost the series. Carolina is a much, much better team than Pittsburgh. Unless Shesterkin stands on his head, Carolina will win the series. |

can say that again.
the goalie discrepancy, even with the two games being chased included, certainly didnt help. |

The Rangers really had no business winning that series. They are a badly flawed team.

Yeah Domingue and 70% Jarry were not good enough. Rangers have been getting outplayed all year. I expect that to continue in the Canes series.

I hope they don't trade up. I'm no prospect expert, but doesn't sound like there is a lot of difference in the top 5 guys. - bradster
I agree, an argument can be made that there’s not a lot of difference in the top 8 or 10. The ordder keeps changing. If they could get a decent asset I’d ike to see them move back 4-5 spots and take Lekkerimaki |
