He's not a top line guy and was used there as such.

A 2nd/3rd pair use for him could go a long way.

I think he fits more than any that have been talked about.

We could use his cap too. And pair in a trade with Nils is tempting. Still young and has skill.

Worse case scenario he sucks we find another d-man and his cap helps get to the floor.

Sabres would have a big group of defenseman with tyler myers or zadarov.

Myers would probably fit the "likes buffalo " target.

You can be mad at the franchise ect., but I'm sure he wouldn't mind settling in buffalo the city.
