The projection is in part based on the already known cap limit going up $1M to $82.5M for the 22-23 season, as the calculations are based on percentage of the cap limit.

The cap is scheduled to go up $1M each of the next 3 seasons, then it should see a more significant bump due to the escrow being paid off.
