You think? So far the only one I think looks like a 7 gamer is the Florida vs. Florida in Florida series.
St. Louis are a good team and will make adjustments - but they were so badly outlclassed, I don't know if it goes 7. If it weren't for Binnington that game would have been fugly fast. St. Louis just doesn't look like they can skate with the Avs.
The Oilers are so wildly outclassed, I think Calgary wins in 3. I saw nothing in yesterday's game that looked like Edmonton would have a clue how to slow Calgary down.
I think the Rangers surprised Carolina with their speed and turning the tables with an amped up puck pressure game, but I think Carolina wins that one and doesn't need 7 for it either. Bear in mind that I have been constantly underestimating the Rangers all year, so I have reached the point where I don't trust what I'm saying either. |

TB missed the playoffs 4 times out of 5 after selecting their 1st and 2nd overall. Stamkos and Hedman.
Much betterer than making the playoffs and losing in the 1st round.
Not making the playoffs would have screwed the fan narrative of losing 5 straight 1st rounds though.
No idea why this got deleted. I’ll take out the “loser mentality part”. But regardless the above remains true ^
