Idk. It’s definitely a point in favor but doesn’t necessarily mean anything if he has to run everything by ownership right now while he’s still being evaluated. Pens can’t really afford to waste time with these signings so even if im pretty positive I’m going to fire hex, I’m giving him the go ahead to negotiate and if he comes up with something I like I’m giving him the green light to make the signing
