I didn't see anything out of the ordinary. That play would have happened no matter the team or player. Playoffs, loose puck in the slot, two players fighting for position and the puck.

no way he should be suspended, he was going for the puck and unfortunate the goalie took the hardest hit.

kadri, Kucic....both psychopaths...they had intent to injure..Kadri especially sneaky because he saw the opportunity to pile in and he did and it looks very much like a "hockey play"....BS...he went in full bore..intent to injure...he got his wish...Lucic just isn't smart enough to execute that sophisticated play...both ugly players.

You forget, these are the playoffs and it is the opposing players objective to put the puck in the other teams net. He was driving to the net and lost all abilities to maneuver when Rosen took his legs out. Suck it up buttercup.

For the record I think Kadri is a tool but doesn't deserve a suspension for this particular incident. What I also think is that you are most likely a bigger tool than kadri could ever be.

Kadri is a tool, always has been. But that was a loose puck battle and does not deserve a suspension.

The Kadri issue is a tough call. Personally, I think he did it on purpose but that's the type of person he is and didn't look like he cared or tried to stop that much. But to me, the Girard hit was obviously a clean hit to the shoulder. It was unfortunate he was injured, especially that bad. But come on, it was clean hit shoulder to shoulder and not intentional

The hit on Girard wasn't dirty just heavy and that's exactly why the Preds traded him. They had already seen how vulnerable smaller players were in the playoff style games. First they ditched Girard, inside of their conference (that should have been a clue), and once they were in position to do so they got rid of Ellis and Arvidson. They sent Rocko down as well though his was a double whammy of size a poor defensive play. The Avs weak spot is their small D corp and teams will take advantage of that.
