Not getting Jarvis for Miller nether mind a D prospect as well. Have you watched him play? He’ll be better than Miller. - K-man25

In the playoffs I'd rather face a 20 year old jarvis than a 29 year old Miller. Canes could be the next tbay

I could see a win win trade with the canes if they come up short this year. They ave a crazy amount of young talent in and out of the NHL. But a Miller could put them over the top....
Something like...
To Canes: Miller
To Canucks: Seth Jarvis + one of there many good D prospects under 22 - canucksfan1944
Miller could sure help them. I would agree doubt you are getting Jarvis. Mostly because I doubt Canes dont want to deal him. |

Yeah perhaps....they have others too at the C and D position that look ready for the NHL. And they have cap space to make it work.

I love this time of year for non-playoff teams and their fans.

Whoa slow down there, that’s like counting your 3rd round of playoffs before you advance. |

You know, I rarely go to Sportsnet or TSN to check out sports, unfortunately I did last night. The NHL playoffs are ongoing, World Championships, Centennial Cup, MLB, etc. and what does both of them have as their top story. Jason Spezza, apparently one of the greatest Leaf ever, is retiring…..(frank) they make me sick. |

I only have it on for Canuck games and playoffs.
It's so Toronto-centric that it's nauseating. |

Sayulita Jaibos baseball team is also fun for your kid. Every Sunday home game, great atmosphere, cheap drinks, peanuts, Spanish heckling.

Sounds muy bueno. I’ll add it to the itinerary. |

The hypocrasy after they completely ignored him for years and years as a member of the Sens is hilarious too |

Really? Rogers/Sportsnet owns a 37.5% stake in the following teams:
Toronto Maple Leafs
Toronto Raptors
Toronto Blue Jays
Toronto FC
Toronto FC II
Toronto Argonauts
Toronto Marlies
Toronto Raptors 905
See a pattern? To expect a Toronto sports channel to focus any attention on teams outside of their profit centre is equally crazy. That’s like expecting BP to promote Exxon or Shell drilling practices. |

They shouldn't present themselves as a 'national' sportscaster, then. |

Correct. But I think we all know that’s BS. Especially once they closed all of their regional broadcast centres and moved everyone to Toronto. For me, that was the last straw.
Won’t watch either of the “national” sports broadcasters. Everything sports related I go looking for on the net. |

Wouldn't be the first time a big trade happens with them for a top 10 pick at the draft!

What’s the alternative. It’s painful watching American Broadcasters do hockey. |

I stream Rugby and Moto GP, it's the broadcasters that are helping to ruin hockey for me.
