We have the cap and enough young kids on ELC's to do whatever we want for like 3 years.

Only thing going to hold us back is the willingness to spend from the owners.

Obvious connection w Karmanos can only help, yes?
Doesn't get in the way of developing UPL, Levi etc.
Gives us a little more respect around the league, both on and off the ice.
We can overpay him w out hurting us.

I think Adams has their ear. If he feels this is the right move, they'll hop on board.
