I think there's a number of teams that would pay him 7 mill for 5 years. His numbers this season were incredible. If you just had random NHL player with Evander Kane's stat line regular and post season, he'd be a $10 mil FA. It'll be one of the really interesting FA moves this offseason.

No incentives allowed, even for the Leafs. Anyone signing him is taking a huge risk. Obviously not welcome in Buffalo, but I wouldn't sign him for more than 1 year.
