he punched two guys and one left without medical. The second one I think was trying to stop the SI thug from running |

Point was on the ice for the morning skate. If he's not 100%, he should sit. Bolts are winning without him and no need to risk aggravating the injury. |

I heard from a reporter on Sxm that he would only play elimination games. So not yet |

Its a good Ranger script. They find a way to win tonight, Pointe comes back for game 7 and Rangers win and silence all the BS because we beat them with their best. One can dream! LGR!! |

It honestly doesn't matter what the guy's politics are (if any). He's a douchebag.
Fake tough guy who is afraid to square up and look a guy in the eyes. |

Back on a hockey-related note, I am worried about Point.
Right now, the Bolts are rolling without him and if he comes back at less than 110%, then he might screw up the chemistry we have going.
Joe Smith of the Athletic said Point skated for 35 minutes today and looked great. But, that doesn't necessarily mean he will play tonight. I guess we'll have a better idea at warm-ups.
My gut tells me he is not ready yet.

While I get that sentiment, Point can only make your lineup better. He is not some fringe middle/lower 6 player. With that said, I dont think he plays unless they absolutely need him..if this was Gm 7 or they were down in the series, that is a completely different story.
I guess we shall see if he plays on ztuesday 😉 |

True. Point at 80% is good enough for top-6 on most teams I guess. The Lightning have won three in a row and I hate to mess with that mojo, especially since the games have been a lot closer than that streak might imply.

They can always play him on the 3rd line, limit his minutes and see how he looks. |

I don't understand why GG won't give the Kid line more time. But, as a Tampa fan, I am happy to see them on the bench. They have some of the best fancy stats on the team and they look solid on the eye test every time I notice them on the ice. Outside of Zib, they tend to be the forwards I notice more.

McD and Bogosian might be banged up, so if Point isn't available, I wonder if Cooper goes back to 11/7 and sits Nash.
Everybody is probably getting banged up by now (on both teams), so we probably won't know anything until right before the puck drops. Cooper and GG are both going to keep things close to the vest.
