Yzerman and Sakic were 185 pounds. His weight doesn’t bother me because he doesn’t play a physical game but battles through other teams physical play against him.

Not only was he the leader in points the last three months this year, he lead the team in scoring during their one playoff run and he lead his Swedish team during their playoffs as a kid. I believe he has the talent to be a really great player for the Canucks.

No one is untouchable, so yes, if the right deal came along I’d trade anyone. The team needs bigger, more talented more physical wingers and they absolutely need to address the defence.

They need to put more draft capital into D, especially near the top of the draft. It takes so much longer to develop usually. Even most offensive sensations don't have much defensive acumen very quickly.

We need entry level deals pushing out these big contracts.

They need more picks. Not having a 2nd this year is just criminal. Any deals they make they have to recoup draft picks as part of the deals.

Confidence inspiring lol. I know what we have with Bo and I've accepted it. Doesn't mean there are disappointing factors to his leadership and there are many. I still think mentoring under the Sedins was an issue IMO but we got what we got. I'm still willing to give Bo a little time to mature as Captain but I fear this is pretty much it. Hopefully we are back in PO's this coming season and Bo can strut his stuff.
