People mention Bo's skating and working with a coach. Which he did. Brackett also mentioned that it wasn't that he was all that slow, he just didn't play with pace. Keep feet moving and moving puck faster.

Demko's value to a team like the Leafs would be astronomical. You just have to get the right pieces back. You could actually package him with JT to a few clubs.

I hear what you're saying, it's nice having a top 10 starting goalie.

You can trade players without tearing things apart, it's about what you get in return. I'll once again use the Leafs as a trading partner, just because they have players available and have a pretty solid need at goaltending.
