From the previous blog. Niemela signed with Karpat for 22-23, so if he doesn't make the Leafs out of camp - he gets loaned back to Karpat. So he will not be on the Marlies.

Better off taking a swing at a cheaper UFA and trading for another goaltender. Comrie and whatever goaltender San Jose is willing to move will do the trick.
I don't believe Dubas will have the toughest time finding a home for Mrazek. |
