Who's your pick Don?
- VanHockeyGuy

I dont know man this draft is (frank)ed. Id avoid guys like Lambert and Geekie. Because this draft is so volatile and our pick isn’t in the top 10 I think they should draft the best center or D available. Lots of D with size will be available at 15

It's also possible we may not pick at 15 as well.

Very true. The possibilities are endless this year. Shows the team has taken a lot of steps in the right direction from when it started high in the first round years ago. Where it was drafted the BPA no matter what because they need absolutely everything.

Now they have trade options and can pick and choose what to add in the draft because the needs are as high at every position at least.

What you mean (frank)ed?

I really like it for depth, you have a whack load of guys that have really high floors. Just a lot of question marks for how high the ceiling is.

Far more volatility in rankings than any other draft I can recall. Agreed decent depth, but no guaranteed stars

I suspect you’re not going to see the current status quo regarding the Canucks draft position in the first round and their current prospect pool. I think trades will be made which will bring in an influx of young players, maybe up to three, and you’ll see their draft position slide down or move up.

In other words, it’s a useless task to wonder who they’re gonna take at #15.

Just because the Flyers suck at drafting and there's no point in you looking what's out there doesn't mean us Canuck fans that know we will get a good prospect thanks to Benning having an elite scouting staff, can't use our imaginations.

Good morning,

I've got a rather supersized blog for you today, with Filip Johansson and other player development notes and a look ahead at the Stanley Cup Final.
