I have no idea. I just assume they want their own team/style and they’re going to go ahead and change things. - LeftCoaster
Oh, here I thought Shannon was throwing sh!t at the wall so this fan base can swallow hard. |

Sh!t swallowers...the new sub group.
Not to be confused with CG's, who might be another name for pom-poms, i'm not totally clear. |

I find the summers, regarding the Canucks, are more interesting and exciting than the winters |

5 x 8 = 40 – the concept of an arbitrary work day or week is the same. Why is a work day 8 hours? Can a highly productive day not be 5 hours? Can a sit-at-a-desk-and-do-nothing day be 8 hours?
How hilariously naive and filled with juvenoia this statement is. There are young people who work way harder than you, there are also young people who work way smarter than you. The youth aren't the problem, it's the decrepit aging people slowing down the path of progress with outdated views and brittle bones
I enjoy my career too. People pay me for what I make, I travel the world for it, and I add to the cultural milieu. I, too, have earned/am earning it through proving myself. You ain't alone in that, gramps - NewYorkNuck
Lol. Lots of conclusions jumped to here from a simple mention of working an 8 hour day. It's almost scary.
One thing though kid, call me Gramps all you want, age is not guaranteed. I read the exact same s hit your spewing off as intellect 30 years ago, by authors that wrote it centuries ago. So I'm really not that old. I'm mature, and if you're lucky you might get here one day. 😁 |

I'll be cold dead in the ground before I take any advice from an old Dman. It's your kind that made the mess of this franchise for the old Goalie to clean up...as per usual. |

Unlike goalies, us Dmen are actually sane, and don't try to hide our insanity through weird crazy rituals. I mean, when I played Junior B, I had a goalie that would rub Vicks on his nuts before putting on his jock and swear that it made him able to save every puck... turns out that poop BURNS... and we called him Steve the Sieve. |

It was one time, and she was a vegan. I'm not even sure that counts. |

Lots of optimism around the club these days |
|

Looking forward to the draft. I expect to see Liam Ohgren taken at #15.
Then free agency signing, Robert Hagg on defense and Markus Johansen .

Agreed. Longan's Run it. Everyone over 50 is gone. Leave it to us youngins to actually bring some energy and fresh ideas, get the old country club loving geriatrics out of the fan base. - NewYorkNuck

I'm not sure he's a first rounder.
Lian Bischel plays for the same team that Nils Aman played for. Most likely spotted him while scouting Bischel. Maybe Bischel is the 15oa. |

Bischel would be a nice pick at 15, as would Pickering. |

Both have good size at 6-4, too bad they're LHD.

But he can stick handle while riding a unicycle.

One of C Geekie or D Mintyulov falling to VAN would be great.
Both are decent size. |

Would be disappointing to pick either of those before 20
Van needs D but both of those lack the ceiling to probably be even considered before 20.
It has been shown that NHL tends to WAY over value size for defenders though. |
