Yes, absolutely a no-brainer now that his medical situation is "under control" shall we say.

I doubt he lasts that long...if you want him, might need to grab him at 16...even then, there is a chance he would be gone. Depending on the prospect ranking guys, he was thought of as a top 3 talent by a couple of them...others in top 7 or 8.
