So because they haven't started negotiations with a player they have complete control over he's gone? They are probably trying to wait and see what they can do with their UFA's and players that need to move out first (Nemeth).
I swear these writers just love to turn nothing into some type of hot take news. The guy can barely even form coherent sentences in some of his posts. - JRR1285
I was joking, but wouldn’t be shocked if he was traded. I think it’s unlikely but if it happened I would be like, where did that come from?!?! |

I’ll be pretty stunned if KK is in a different uniform next year. We’ve waited 3 years for his explosion may aswell wait some more. Definitely don’t want to see him do it somewhere else - Slimtj100
considering our right wing depth, he better be here. |

You don't move Panarin because he shoots right. Some of the best wingers played their off wing. |

DAL drafted this kid on Cuylle’s team, Wyatt Johnson 23 OA. Kid had 41 pts in the OHL playoffs and 124 regular season pts. |

Laf isn’t comfy tho lol we bees in a pickle
I still think Vatrano would benefit from 1 yr deal with us playing with Zib and Kreider and then he could get a longer deal after that. He could easily score 30 on that line next year. We still really need him imo |

no matter who moves to RW, ultimately when Cuylle and Othmann arrive there will be a lot of wingers here
and because they are on entry level deals and the cap is so tight, they may be here sooner than we think |

this is actually my preference to get laf into the top 6, but after scoring 50, it's hard to make a move like this. |

It’s so easy
Kreider Zib Vatrano
Kid line (maybe with Kravtsov instead)
Panarin xxxxxx Kravtsov/Kakko
All 3 lines are no worse than a second line. Who cares which is which. Any night will be different than the previous (with ice time). Just need a center for Bread and his RW |

I agree with you but the Center for Panarin and his other winger is the problem. You need someone who can play at that pace and accept passes. The center also needs scoring ability or Panarin is partially wasted. This is not an easy hole to fill. |

I think he needs a bigger center. Strome and him while it worked out well most of the time, they’re both very small in stature on the ice. Two of the least imposing players in the league lol. Obviously he needs to be able to keep up but I do like the idea of this player being able to give Panarin some space and being a bigger human being haha. That’s what needs to excel, space. And Kravtsov would help get him some space also, Which is where I hope he plays next year

what's the realistic expectation for him next season? i'm thinking 35-40 goals. kind of crazy his average shooting % was like 12-15% now he's been at 20% the last 2 years - hopefully that continues. |

it almost doesnt even matter where the talent is (center or RW) so long as one of his linemates can put it in the net. If it's a scoring winger with a center that can just win faceoffs and is a good two way player that would suffice in my humble opinion |

I say skip signing Strome and Copp and sign Trocheck instead. Doesn’t look like CAR can keep him with their cap.
Kreider Zib Othmann
Panarin Trocheck Kravtsov
Laf Chytil Kakko

True, but it can't be a Hunt caliber player like they tried for far too long. |
