Sorry, I phrased my answer poorly. Yes, of course you have that right. If you are good enough (PLD) it won't impact your career. If you aren't (Lemieux) it may impact how long you play. In which case, the best course of action would be to just play where you are, until a time comes when you can choose (UFA, unqualified RFA etc.) There are so many examples of bottom six guys who "frustrated" themselves out of situations. Very few became top six guys at their new locations and most fizzle out of the league quickly because they don't understand their place as far as talent and where they should be (mostly because they've been the best in their small pond before).

- Obnoxious, arrogant, selfish
- Straight-up, candid/honest

Good point. However, he didn't really publicly come out with that. All it takes is one guy to leak to TSN from either side of the table. So I'm hesitant to say he's a bad person because he wants to hit UFA. It's bad optics, but it's not like he's making his agents publicly demand a trade.

Besides 1 episode of obi wan ….. they did a great job. I am not sure what you watched. If you actually watch closely and notice the little things they did with Vader and obi wan. It was awesome

2-4 was boring for the most part. And a lot of un needed dialogue.

Episode 5 and 6 of the show were 9/10 while 2-4 was like a 2/10. The childish chase scenes. The fake jedi. The whole 3rd sister I found to be a terrible story.

I think PLD might be getting less slack because he was already traded once and there was speculation that he wasn't happy (or *something*) in Columbus.

I haven't watched Obi yet. Gotten such mixed reviews this entire time. I mean, I'm gonna, but I feel like it's not going to be nearly as fun as Mando and Book.

I'm not a huge SW nerd so I could barely keep up with Beady's post, but him having Mando at 1 seemed reasonably fair. It was so good. I think he was a bit unfair to a few of the lower titles, but again, maybe I'm just a simp. I never watched any of the animated shows and I hear they're quite well done.
