Haven't done enough analysis to really give a proper tier list so I'll give you the 10 ive got so far, subject to a lot of change if I do a proper write up.
1.Nemec
2. Wright
3. Cooley
4. Kemell
5. Mateychuk
6. Nazar
7. Yurov
8. Savoie
9. Jiricek
10. Lekkerimaki
Honorable mentions, Isaac Howard, Liam Ohgren, and Juraj Slafkovsky - Michael Ghofrani
If you're correct in your modeling...there are some good value picks based on where the public Evaluators have them ranked!!
Based on your comments, your evaluation is based on numbers and does not factor in the soft skills...some call them character traits. If true, then I think that is a significant limitation.
I read an interesting article the other day, think it was the Pronman / Weller debate on several Prospects they have ranked differently...an NHL Scout was talking about the importance of uncovering psychological factors from these prospects to best determine if they have the mental fortitude to excel..have the commitment to the absolute best they can be. That seems to be a critical element to factor in.

How far do you have Jiricek falling. And if he fell to 12 with Columbus would you go and get him. - Buff36
Wouldn't you almost have to grab him at 9, if he was there?

Miller is my favorite Sabre. Does retiring his # make sense? - chilliard77 No.
There should only be 2 numbers up there, 11 and 39. Maybe 89, due to the background story and the amount of success he had not only here, but throughout the entirety of his NHL career.

6.Jiri Kulich
7.Danila Yurov
8.Jimmy Snuggerud
9.Frank Nazar
10. Gleb Trikozov - gerbe75pts
There is absolutely no reason he should be falling in the draft. Number 2 in my rankings. and if he starts falling to six or seven, I hope the sabres are on the phones.

Barring Gauthier being there too, then yes.
It would seem if Jiricek is there at 9, it is highly unlikely Gauthier would also be there too (so that is highly doubtful), unless several surprises occured like in Gofranni's and Gerbe's lists.
Go Bolts! |

Well I would, but I have been high on Jiricek for awhile. Don't think some people think a high pick on a Dman is necessary. I have him 4th behind Wright Slafkovsky Cooley. |

Maybe, haven't seen many people have Gauthier ahead of Jiricek. Savoie + Jiricek slipping would get interesting.
Someone's going to slip to us, almost no question there....but will they take Nazar anyways?

28 a lot of people will disagree but a whole year of development will be gone and his body is most likely broken down right now with no Training at the gym every other day
You can't just snip your figures and boom be back to the top 5 pick You once were.
But I truly believe he will be a Inspirational story and work his ass off and dominate in 4 years

Gerbe I'm serious, if your dad works for the Sabres you should try to become a scout for them because we would be absolutely set so like seriously why aren't you the head scout? - BeadyEyedDouche

I'm sure that's exactly how it works. Dad works for the Sabres so son automatically should be head scout. I hope this is a bad joke. |

This could really turn out to be the funnest draft to watch in awhile. Looking forward to seeing McKenzie come out with his final rankings. |

Yeah 100%, I don't watch these guys so I dont wanna make guesses based on what I hear, so my scope is limited but I try my best to find statistical profiles that reflect the type of player whose game could translate at the NHL level, based on past producers. But that's only one element, and this list is very much un refined. Im missing some data for certain leagues, both regular and advanced. |

Good Read!! What looked to be a year where Rochester could be short on prospects. Adams and Co. have done a very good job killing that lull. Should be a nice steady stream coming through Rochester the next 5 or so years. |

It's fine with your scope, and there is value there in that I think your evaluation in more pure...it may highlight guys who skills propel them higher.
I like different analysis that are different in scope.
Keep it up! |

Especially with one year left and he can walk. It does seem steepā¦ I also want to see a year of healthy Mittsā¦
Does the olo deal with one of Johnson/Portillo make sense.
Olo will need a deal and Gerbe has hinted they have similar players.
Again, Iād like to keep olo as a āgood vibesā signing. Also realize we are a last place team, you need to give to get and good vibes probably arenāt winning the cup. |
