6 players on the ice, from the freeze frame sportsnet just showed. One player was going off, but I think maybe Kadri was out on ice to replace him.
Not sure but I think Tampa also had 6 players on the ice. - Reubenkincade
Ok ya I did just see that now. At first look on Sportsnet, didnt look like much he was pretty close to bench. But where’s the guy that came on … no one else is close. If it was kadri, he was on way too early and if that play happens by the bench it’s blown down right away if the guy coming on touches the puck while the other guy even has a single skate on the ice. Hmmm. |

Yup. Definitely something to be pissed about.
Tampa also had 7 players on the ice, but were also changing and weren't in possession of the puck. |

I more mean the substantial assets to acquire miller - CanuckDon
I get it but Kadri is a UFA I guess you just mean he helps set his trade/contract nect year value a bit. Which is probably true. |

Tampa needed 8 to keep up, that overtime was very one-sided |

If they are demanding similar contracts then Don is right. Teams would order to keep their assets and try to get Kadri first then fallback on Miller. Plus it would be annoying if other big names like Scheifele are made available too. |

Miller has more points in the last few years than both, so big names aside I can’t image him having higher value. But both are younger than Miller. Shiefele has had a way more productive career. But the last three Miller has been crazy in Van |

Exactly. People are saying tampa has more on ice but that doesn’t matter without possession. You could spend all night calling that.
But if kadri was right beside bench and he touches the puck before his guy is off, it’s blown dead immediately. Is it challengeable? No idea. But maybe that’s why Cooper was so weird in presser … maybe he knows he / coaching staff missed it. |

Friedman made a comment about PLD testing free agency in 2024. Winnipeg will need to start a rebuild soon, so I could see them Moving Scieffle, he has 2 years remaining at just over 6 million.
Definitely gonna muddy the waters on moving Miller. |

Its close but Cooper is crying over spilt milk, that was a great transition and Mack is climbing the bemch whem Kadri gets it |

It should have been a penalty for too many men, no doubt about it.
I am sure some will say it is crying over spilt milk, but that is totally a blown call.
Stuff like this happens far to often in this bush league. |

Rutherford's 1st round draft history. We're f*cked.
- VanHockeyGuy
And people wondered why the Canes were so (frank)ing bad for so long.
Igor Knyazev, Jack Johnson and Phillipe Paradis never played a single game for the Canes.
Johnson refused to sign and got traded for Tim Gleason
Paradis got flipped to the Leafs for Jiri Tlusty after those photos leaked of Tlusty shoving stuff up his own ass.
Knyazev (frank)ing sucked. |

Ya, it's not a very good drafting record. Not sure Allvin is much better, but we shall see how things work out this draft.

It’s more about the scouting department, and the GM actually trusting his/her people. I agree with your sentiment, no reason to be pessimistic, yet… |

Cammi Granato is under the radar here, JR & PA value her opinion. I think the scouting department has improved. JR will offer his input but ultimately he'll go with decision by committee. They can ill afford to go backwards. |

1 more game to go for Colrado, man I can't wait to see Perry lose his 3rd final in a row |

Bet365 gave me a free $10 bet, I went under 6.0 goals total. Don't care who wins. |
