I have been mentioning offer sheeting him or trading for him for months now. You are also going to pay about 4 times the amount by the sounds of it. Somewhere around 3.5 plus per season. Worth it for sure but it's different scenario.

We know $ are going out, also maybe Richardenson. I'd say Roy would be a good upgrade! Vegas has cap issues as well.

I agree with Minivan, and have also been wanting both Lazar and Roy, for quite awhile now.
Roy would be a nice 3LC and Lazar for the 4th line
