If we learned anything from the avs is ….. you must be a great skater in the nhl and play with speed

Olofsson does not do that. When this team is good. He’s most likely his one trick pony and on the 3rd line.

My next major issue with him is battling in the corner. He is so soft in corners and lacked battle and compete.

All that should lead him traded

I am okay with anderson. As long as they get someone else that can sorta carry the mail. In the nhl world. Goalies no longer start 70 games

It's a fair point but at this stage im more concerned with value. At some point they're going to need to make a splash or two and you can't do that if your prospect pool doesn't have high end potential. Even if it's an LD, it gives you a lot of flexibility.

I believe they've rehabbed their image just enough to have a shot at overpaying an"average" goalie. Whether thats the right move is an entirely different discussion, but I believe they'll get after it.

That would only drive the price up, even on UFAs

Anderson coming back as part of their plan (if it even is actually part of the plan) could be as a 2/3 guy, and not the starter

UPL got hurt in January with Buffalo and in the playoffs for Roch. Don't think he missed time otherwise.

I think they made the decision not to burn a year on Quinn from the start.

Also think they just got a little too focused on the AHL playoffs.
