He's going to be 34 when his contract expires and he's missed significant time to injuries each of the past three years.

He just reminds me a bit of Tuomo Ruutu in the way he plays, and Ruutu was toast by the time he was 30.

Yeah, I'd really like to see Nichushkin line up beside Suzuki and CC, but that contract is gonna be stupid.

Plus he seems to miss 25+ games a year... those last few years gonna be ugly mess.

When you have a bunch of midgets that get tossed around trying to get pucks in the corner, someone like Anderson is required.

he is a very useful player but he going to be overpaid based on one season and the playoffs. plus, the guy is 27. do you bet on one magical season or his whole career?

you're missing the point, Anderson is valuable to MTL because he's basically the only guy on the roster with that size and speed.

Problem is the price he is paid for what he brings that, at the end, is not making any difference…

Anderson is not a top 6 quality forward…

Too often injured, overpaid and not putting points enough on the scoreboard…

I think he is very good 3rd line winger…. Maybe good 2nd line when he is on a good streak…. No more than that…

he never had a chance. he was injured either in his first or second season. got ladd for him.

He is only a complement to a weak core so take the opportunity to maximize his value because when the core will be strong, Anderson will be a cap anchor…
