Our NHL LW depth chart:

Skinner
Asplund
Bjork **
Hayden **
Caggiula **

** UFA

Drecently drafted LWers
Bloom
Kisakov

You're comfortable with this depth, cuz I'm not. I see one LW, 3 below average free agents and 2 2021 draft picks taken in rd3 and beyond

- turbo044

TBF, VO can play either and a center that shifts over can too (thinking Krebs)

I am because you're leaving off Krebs, Peterka, and Olofsson, just for starters.

Edit: guess I'm too slow, just not a need and it's an easy position to fill

Lambert, Yurov, or Miro make it to 28 and I’ll be happy (not saying I’m not, just happier) for

yet the majority has been silenced.

Savoie, most offensively skilled player in the draft.
Ostlund, a speedy, skilled forward who can be a bit of a pest. Compared to Point.

- Mentalorgasm5

I saw savoie also compared to point lol

Basically we got 2 very fast skilled players.

JJ can play LW, Olofsson can play LW, Krebs was playing LW
- Buff36

True but you're listing 2 RH shooters and a center. Krebs does shoot left but with his playmaking, is better as a center

Defense heavy overall, yes.

They don't seem to care about handedness for defensemen.

JJ and Olofsson have played it a lot, and Krebs obviously can do both.

Asked agent Pat Brisson about his client Patrick Kane and his NHL future in lieu of today’s trades by the rebuilding Blackhawks. Brisson said they’re not “going to make any decisions or comments at this point.”

He’s getting traded.
