I don't particularly like the pick, but two positives of him
1. He was the highest climber of the draft, moving from 60th ranked to low 20's
2. he shoots left, so if he moves from center, he moves to LW; a big need for us.

Don't be stunned if Yurov and/or Lambert is available at 28, or if we trade up to get someone we really want.

I personally would like to see Ryan Chesley drafted at 28, if he's available. Think another Samuelson with much more offense and a RHD.

I can’t remember that far back, I do remember him being swallowed in the AHL playoffs tho..

Either way, I’m happy we got our Rossi in Savoie.

For the jr league? no not really. General Von barnekow was over a ppg. and his even strength production wasn't all that great (ostlund)

He was the number player I wanted. I was willing to move up for him.

For little of what it is worth, he was my 2nd ranked prospect. I am excited to see him in a few years.
