Fletcher knows he’s on the hot seat this season. He’s also on the record saying he’s going to be aggressive this off-season. He probably should’ve been a bit more judicious with his words knowing the cap restraints he’s under.

Now he may boxed himself into a corner and he’s been very underwhelming in the last few years after a promising first season. There doesn’t appear to be any strategic or long-term thinking with his actions.
