"State" income tax in Alberta is 15% and Ontario is 13%

Cost of living in Toronto is MUCH higher than Edmonton

State income tax is lower in Buffalo than DC

Cost of living out of all 4 places is the lowest in Edmonton at the moment but Buffalo is second
