Who's rushing anything, adding 1 or 2 players could move this teams needle. Competition is a good thing. And if the prospect is good enough, you find a spot, or it gives you more usable assets

I think Kevyn could pull off five years and no playoffs. He's in no hurry whatsoever. I really don't think next year is a playoff year for this team. Too many better teams to overtake. And KA probably wouldn't mind another high draft pick in a much hyped year.

The Bills had to go bargain hunting first a WR (Bease and Brown) and had to overpay on both before making a trade for Diggs.

They added Miller when they're knocking on the doorstep of a Championship, they also have one of the best QBs if not the best in the league.

The Sabres are finally starting to right the ship, but unlike the NFL you can't get out of bad contracts in the NHL so they have to be careful

Then sucked because our Uber prospects didn’t even play the position they were drafted in at #2 overall. How is drafting players different, you either draft at your pick or you trade your pick for a player or other picks. Which the Bill's did for Allen, Edmunds. Traded a 1st for Diggs. Difference is Money, the Bill's spend it, and right now the Sabres aren't.
