But the silver lining to dubas (frank)ing up the goaltending means he's gone

oh I've been saying this for a long time. of course leafers think I'm a troll, but he should have been fired the day after you lost againts TB. and Keefe a year ago after the loss againts MTL.
end result? all 3 will be fired next year (Shanahan, Dubas and Keefe) when they fail again to win a round.

Yeah MB made that offer because that was the price that fit (CAR almost didn't match despite what they claim). Dubas' counter offers were "you sure you don't want more?"
