The center market is unfolding close to ideally for NYR. Malkin, Kadri, Dubois, JT Miller, Both Stromes, Copp, Stastny, Trochek, Jarnkrok, Monahan, Scheifele, Toews all options to varying degrees.

- Kadri is 3 years older than JT and both want similar deals

- Both Stromes, lol the whole reason why the rags are even in the Center market is to upgrade on these types

- Stastny is ancient and a bottom 6 player on his last legs

- Jarnkrok is a 3rd liner

- Would love to see them trade for broken Monahan

- Scheifele has yet to demand a trade and I doubt the Jets want to move him right now.

Malkin, Trocheck being available is annoying. Dubois also not wanting to sign in Winnipeg is also very annoying.

I wonder if whatever offers teams made at the TDL back when they were getting Miller for 2 playoff runs end up being the best ones.

We may never find out anyway unless they’re leaked in the future. Only the Rags offer seemed to get leaked and who knows what they’re offering now, if it’s more/same/less value
