The Canucks will not qualify the contract of Abbotsford defenseman Devante Stephens.

Abby F Justin Bailey will be hitting the free agent market.

The Rangers did not qualify Ty Ronning.

I was listening to Faber on 650 talk about development camp. Says Canucks have 2 good prospect and a bunch of C prospects.

It's the unfortunate truth that they have Miller, Garland and OEL, NHL players and not maybes. 😆

A lot of those C prospects that are good in their respective leagues but will still need to take a step forward.

Kubalik and Strome both not qualified, hope the Canucks take a look at one or both, would make for good pick ups.

Funny. The fans need to be patient while the owner and (previous) general manager have constantly tried to shortcut the process. We’ll see what the next group can accomplish.

Not just funny it's hliarious to think that with FA still running this show that much with the club is going to change. But with the results of Benning's excellent drafting we should be contending for PO's for awhile. A good Hockey man.

Seeing the prospects against other teams is always fun.

Foot speed and pace of play are things the Canucks need a lot of their prospect to improve upon. Hopefully they have.

This is true. 4x4.5 is what the Oilers offered. Guys in the room, specifically the most important ones want him back. Oilers don’t get nearly as far in the post season without Kane. Even the biggest bargain hunters would know 4.5 is low.
